What Er 05 / Er 06 Means
Er 05 and Er 06 are the fan codes: the control has not received the proper fan speed feedback from the upper fan (Er 05) or the lower fan (Er 06). These fans move air during the drying phase.
Common Causes of Er 05 / Er 06
- Drying fan motor failed
- Fan blade blocked
- Feedback wire loose

Washing still works. Leave the door ajar after the cycle to help drying.
⚠ Why You Shouldn't Go Further Than That
- The fans are inside the door or cabinet.
- Feedback wiring must be traced with the door open.
