What iF0 Means
iF0 is an overfilling code: the total fill time across the cycle exceeded its limit, so the heater is not used and further fills are ignored. The EI24ID50Q use and care guide groups iF0 with i20 and i40 under clogged filters or a restricted drain; the service list adds soil build-up in the sump and the pressure sensor.
Common Causes of iF0
- Soil in the sump confusing the level reading
- Drain hose siphoning water out
- Pressure sensor failing
🔧 One Safe Check You Can Try
Clean the filter and sump and check the drain hose. A drain that siphons water out during filling can make the dishwasher keep adding water; the drain loop must be high enough.
⚠ Why You Shouldn't Go Further Than That
- Sensor replacement is from beneath the tub.
- Siphoning from a low drain loop is an installation fix.
