What OFF Means
OFF scrolling across an Icon all-refrigerator display means the column has been switched off. The manual explains that pressing UP at the warmest setting of 46 F three more times within three seconds turns it off, and pressing DOWN three times within three seconds turns it back on at 46 F.

Press DOWN three times within three seconds. The display shows 46 F; set the temperature you want and give the column several hours to cool.
