The E36GC70ISS is an earlier generation of the Icon 36-inch gas cooktop. A burner that lights on high but blows out when turned to low often has partly blocked ports or a flame that lifts because the cap is misaligned.
Igniter wires run under the top of the E36GC70ISS and can be damaged by heat or spills. A burner that never sparks while the others do gets its wire tested along with the igniter.
