The ECFG3068AS heats both the cooktop and the oven with gas. On a new range, a flame that is too tall or yellow usually means it was set up for the wrong gas type; the conversion kit must be fully installed for propane.
If the ECFG3068AS oven stays cold, we watch the igniter through the bottom panel. A glow with no flame points to the igniter strength; no glow at all points to power or control.
