What H2 / B2 Means
H2 or B2 is a power supply issue. Electrolux’s owner guide tells owners to contact the electric company, meaning the voltage reaching the dryer is outside what it accepts.
Common Causes of H2 / B2
- Low or unstable utility voltage
- Partly tripped breaker
- Worn receptacle
🔧 One Safe Check You Can Try
Check that both halves of the 240 V breaker are on and that other large appliances work normally. If the house has other power oddities, call the utility as Electrolux suggests.
⚠ Why You Shouldn't Go Further Than That
- The supply side belongs to the utility or an electrician.
- A worn 240 V receptacle can overheat.
