The EIMED60LSS is an IQ-Touch electric dryer in the LSS finish. It checks how it is wired, and EA4 appears when L1, neutral and L2 are connected incorrectly at the terminal block, often right after a new cord is installed.
Fixing that wiring is 240-volt work, so on an EIMED60LSS showing EA4 we switch off the breaker and correct the cord before testing anything else.
