What E92 / E93 Means
E92 is an incompatible protocol code, meaning the electronic control board is incompatible with the interface board. E93 is a machine configuration code, meaning wrong configuration data or a board or wiring defect. Electrolux’s action is to check that the correct interface board and console are installed.

🔧 One Safe Check You Can Try
If a board was replaced recently, check the part number on the invoice against the model and serial tag inside the door opening. Otherwise reset the dryer and book service if the code stays.

- Board matching depends on the model revision letter and number.
- Configuration errors cannot be fixed without the correct part.
