The EIMGD55QT has a separate user interface board behind its IQ-Touch panel. E91 means the main control and that interface stopped talking, and a loose harness at either end is checked before a board is condemned.
A small puddle behind an EIMGD55QT is often the steam valve or its hose connection, not the washer next to it. We run the steam cycle with the rear panel off to see it drip.
