What E32 Means
E32 is a pressure sensor calibration problem. At the start of a cycle the control expects a particular reading from an empty drum; if the reading is off, it logs E32. Electrolux handles it with the same test as E31: wiring first, then the sensor, then the main board.
Common Causes of E32
- Water left in the drum from an interrupted cycle
- Pressure sensor drifting out of range
- Kinked or water-filled tube between the air bell and the sensor
🔧 One Safe Check You Can Try
Make sure the drum is truly empty before a cycle starts. If the last cycle was interrupted and water is sitting in the bottom, run Drain and Spin first, then start the cycle again. A washer that starts with water already in it can give the sensor a false zero point.
⚠ Why You Shouldn't Go Further Than That
- Blowing into or pulling on the sensor tube can crack the fitting and create a new air leak that turns into E13.
- Board and sensor replacements follow a set order in the chart that needs a meter.
