What E67 Means
E67 is a heater sensing relay failure. Electrolux front-loaders with an internal water heater switch it with a relay on the main board, and the board also checks that relay; E67 means that check failed. Test 13 measures the heating element (about 14 ohms) and its insulation to ground before the board is blamed.

- Heater relay on the main board failed
- Heating element out of range
- Wiring to the heater damaged
🔧 One Safe Check You Can Try
Run a cold-water cycle to see whether the washer finishes normally without heating. Many loads wash fine cold, and knowing that the washer otherwise works helps the technician focus on the heating circuit.
⚠ Why You Shouldn't Go Further Than That
- The heating element is mounted in the bottom of the tub and removing it can let water out.
- Relay and element checks involve 120 V circuits.
