What LOC Means
LOC is not an error. Electrolux’s owner article explains that it shows when the control lock is being used to lock the controls between cycles, so buttons cannot be changed by children.

- Control lock switched on intentionally or by accident
🔧 One Safe Check You Can Try
Unlock the controls using the key combination printed on the panel or in the use and care guide; on most models a lock symbol marks the button to hold for a few seconds. LOC disappears once the lock is released.
⚠ Why You Shouldn't Go Further Than That
- No repair is needed; it is a feature.
- If the lock will not release, a stuck key may be involved, which is service territory.
Opening a panel to inspect or repair something yourself doesn't automatically cancel your manufacturer's warranty — but it can risk accidental damage, and some manufacturers do have specific service conditions. Check your product's warranty terms, or ask us, before deciding.
