The EFLS527UTT is the LuxCare steam washer without SmartBoost: detergent goes from the drawer straight into the wash water, so the dispenser path is simpler than on the 627 model above it. Most of our calls on it are drain and door lock problems rather than electronics.
When an EFLS527UTT stops with water in the drum, we drain it through the small hose behind the lower access panel, clear the pump filter and run a drain test before looking at the pump motor itself.
